The "Opportunity" project
Our company gives employees an opportunity for personal, career, and professional development. First of all, we pay attention to the workers who associate their future with OJSC "HLEBPROM" and are ready to develop themselves together with the company and for it. In particular, one of the possible ways of reaching such goals is participation in the "Perspective" project.
We bring up personnel inside the company - it's more efficiently and profitably than hire someone from outside. The "Perspective" project is meant to reveal employees with versatile and innovative thinking, many-sided knowledge and experience, and high potential. As a result, we create the peculiar intellectual fund, so when a vacancy is created we don't need to find a person outside – instead, we assign a person who already knows all processes and systems in the company, who has stable and arranged relations with colleagues.
Putting means into an employee, the company gives him/her an opportunity for development in the interesting area of activity and job.
We give our employees an opportunity for professional development.
Education and development are implemented in accordance with special educational program, and also with individual development plans made for employees:
- internal education (tutorship);
- external education (training, seminars, courses).
"Trainees" of the "Perspective" project often offer interesting, fresh, and non-standard ideas and approaches, so it allows our company to improve itself and bring it up to a new level. Therefore, our company is interested in implementation of the employees development programmes.
