In 1991 a small bakery which was famous for tasty batch was opened in a comfortable capital cafe "Ladoga". Exactly there was cooked a predecessor of the well-known honey-cake from "Russkaya Niva".

"Medovik" under the trade mark "Russkaya Niva" appeared in 1999 on counters of shops. During one year of sales it got prestigious awards at international competitions, and the main thing - it was recognized by wide layers of Russian consumers. "Medovik" is made under traditional recipes and doesn't contain artificial additives and preservatives.

Manufacturing of new cakes "Tvorozhnik" and "Napoleon" begins in 2002. 2003-2004 new products of "Russkaya Niva" are getting some awards at Russian and international competitions. In spite of tremendous success of products our confectioners didn't stop at reached objects and released during a short time production of cakes "Truffle", "Amaretto", "Cappuccino" and "Oreshnik".

In 2005 the TM "Russkaya Niva" got award "Goods of Year" in the category "Long storing cakes" in the segment "Mass product".
