During the years of its existence "HLEBPROM" company became a leading manufacturer of flour cream products in Ural region, came into the central part of Russia and Moscow region. Cakes, pastries and profiteroles of TM "Mirel" obtained the recognition of consumers and professionals. Products of "HLEBPROM" rewarded with prizes at prestige exhibitions.

For the purpose of getting product of the highest quality 2001 it was applied a unique high-technological Dutch line for production sponge cakes that was manufactured specially by request of factory "Mirel". On invitation of HLEBPROM's management specialists from Holland and Germany were working on the factory – they assisted by balancing and commissioning of the production line and by training of personnel. The range of products was extended well by considering both Russian meal tradition and European tendencies.

At present time cakes and pastries "Mirel" are available for our customers throughout the country thanks to the unique technology of "blast freezing" that allows preserving safely all taste properties and widening the sales geography.
