Hlebprom automates business-processes

OJSC "Hlebprom" started a large-scale project of
adoption of system Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Microsoft Dynamics AX is a multitask system of managing enterprise's
assets according to ERP standards. Microsoft Dynamics AX covers management fields of middle and large
companies which include finance, distribution, manufacturing, business-analysis
tools, and personnel management. Most successful international companies' experience confirms advantages of Microsoft Dynamics AX technologies in
managing business.
Consulting company NaviCon Group was
assigned as a partner in adopting new system.
In the first place sales department
will start using Microsoft Dynamics AX. According to the project plan new
system will be implemented in all selling divisions of OJSC "Hlebprom" by 2011.
As a result of this stage a common database will be developed. It will enable
us to implement centralized management of information resources. It will
substantially raise information's reliability and immediacy of management
decisions.
OJSC "Hlebprom" IT director Vladimir Zazhigin reported: "Company's data flows integration
into a common information system of corporate management is especially
significant for our company by fast developing business. Automation of
business-processes will continue and involve such fields as planning and
forecasting sales, managing relations with customers and budgeting."
