OJSC "Hlebprom" started a large-scale project of adoption of system Microsoft Dynamics AX. Microsoft Dynamics AX is a multitask system of managing enterprise's assets according to ERP standards. Microsoft Dynamics AX covers management fields of middle and large companies which include finance, distribution, manufacturing, business-analysis tools, and personnel management. Most successful international companies' experience confirms advantages of Microsoft Dynamics AX technologies in managing business. Consulting company NaviCon Group was assigned as a partner in adopting new system. In the first place sales department will start using Microsoft Dynamics AX. According to the project plan new system will be implemented in all selling divisions of OJSC "Hlebprom" by 2011. As a result of this stage a common database will be developed. It will enable us to implement centralized management of information resources. It will substantially raise information's reliability and immediacy of management decisions. OJSC "Hlebprom" IT director Vladimir Zazhigin reported: "Company's data flows integration into a common information system of corporate management is especially significant for our company by fast developing business. According to contest's rules only three photos could be admitted as the most stylish and original and their owners would get prizes from TM "Mirel". Finally results were defined! First city festival for families with handicapped children "Spread wings!" has taken place in Moscow on 15th May. The festival was set up by Russian Public union of social justice under support of TM "Russkaya Niva". Young guests of the festival participated in competitive and playing programs and in master-classes on fancywork. All the participants could take home souvenirs made by them. For participating in playing programs and master-classes children received toy money called lyubilinki which could be spent for getting sweets from TM "Russkaya Niva" and different toys. Festive atmosphere was supported by musical groups of different genres performed on a special stage. In all more than 3000 families having handicapped children participated in the festival - all of them got a lot of joy and good mood. International confectionary products' quality show conducted within the Seventh International conference "Cakes and pastries 2010" estimated our trademark at its true worth as one of the best confectionary products. Main goal of the show was quality and assortment of cakes and pastries rating. Confectionary products with all the necessary certificates, receipts and production process's descriptions participated in the show. Within a closed sampling a competitive commission was defining quality of products. Form, taste, smell, appearance, and information for customers on packing were appraised. In the issue of the competition our company confirmed the status of one of the best Russian confectionary products manufacturers. Silver medal and diploma of second grade "For high quality of products" received TM "Russkaya Niva" split cakes "Napoleon" classic and "Napoleon" with custard. According to "Askond" association's board of directors our company became member of confectionary industry's enterprises association. Now OJSC "Hlebprom" became part of Russia’s biggest confectionary enterprises union. Except OJSC "Hlebprom" more than 55 largest manufacturers in 30 cities of Russia take part in association's activity.   Non-commercial organization Askond was founded on 27th February 1997 and is nowadays the only organization in Russia presenting interests of confectionary industry's companies in government bodies. The association cooperates with The Agriculture Ministry, The Economic Development Ministry and other ministries and bodies engaged in development of confectionary industry, rise of competitiveness of products and also in protective steps in foreign commerce and customs politics.   Main directions of association's activities are:   - analysis of production and confectionary market condition; - development of suggestions for home manufacturers' economic interests protection; - creation of conditions for effective growth; - cooperation with government bodies in preparing draft laws.   Nowadays one of the most important questions for the association is a technical order for confectionary products.

This vernisage got the name "Novels". Painter's every work is telling a short story - a blink of it is depicted by the author. The exhibition is taking place from 1st to 21st February in the art-gallery "Tree" in Moscow.   Garry Gordon's vernisages are a pretty rare action for Russia. Exhibition of his latest works could occur partly thanks to support of OJSC "HLEBPROM" and TM "Chastnaya Gallereya".   Garry Gordon is a Russian poet, writer and painter born in Odessa. As a painter he is a follower of the South-Russian school of painting. It was always remarkable for emotional warmth and brilliance. In the well known Art school in Odessa Garry’s teachers were Vladimir Sinizkiy and Nikolay Pavlyuk   Garry’s interests were never limited to just painting. He's the author of the famous novel "Late. Dark. Far away". One of his first stories called "Shepherd of his cows" was made into a movie by his son Alexander Gordon. Garry Gordon appeared in this movie as a writer and production designer. Later one more story was filmed by Gordon's son – Nest's fire.   Garry Gordon's pictorial style has a bent for impressionism. The painter got here lightness and mobility as far as painting technique. However Gordon gives more attention to content than to formal features. Main idea of his painting is imaging of characters' internal state.

Most of the companies-manufacturers have a problem of disconnection between production personnel and managers because of lack of common team feeling. OJSC "HLEBPROM" decided to solve the problem not a usual way. For one day managers and chief specialists of OJSC "HLEBPROM" turned into production workers. This unusual action occurred on 10th - 11th November on production floor in Chelyabinsk. The labour holiday took place with a motto Manager of all trades.  During this arrangement the confectioners could share their experience in making perfect cakes with managers. And employees experienced hard work in production.  As one of the experiment's participants says, everything looks much easier from the outside. But when you start doing seemingly easy operations it will be hard enough. Such operations as estimation necessary amount of powder or putting products in forms proved to be difficult to complete. It was even hard to imagine standing on feet all shift. Besides the title "Inviting employer" get only companies whose vacancies overlook more than 500 applicants.
